چکیده
Laser stripping is a process which typically includes different forms of ablation phenomena. The presented work investigates mechanical using high pressure laser-induced shock waves in water confined regime. Power density studied as parameter for selective laser on painted specimens and adhesion relations with single layer epoxy targets. A flashlamp-pumped Nd:YAG fixed spot size (4 mm) shot several layers polymeric paint applied AA 2024-T3 (Aluminium) substrate. After treatment, samples are investigated optical microscopy, profilometer chemical analysis (FTIR & TGA). results show that possible between external aircraft coatings without any visual damage the substrate material. In parallel to experimental work, numerical model has been developed explain background physical mechanisms qualitatively evaluate detailed stress interfacial failure simulation an aluminium predicted patterns agree surfaces tested observed by microscope.

Laser-produced plasma-wall interaction
Jets of laser–generated plasma represent a flexible and well-defined model environment for investigation of plasma interactions with solid surfaces (walls). The pilot experiments carried out on the iodine laser system (5–200 J, 0.44 mm, 0.25–0.3 ns, ,1 10 W/cm) at the PALS Research Centre in Prague are reported. Modification of macroscopic characteristics of the Al plasma jets produced at laser...
متن کاملOn the harmonic Boltzmannian waves in laser-plasma interaction
We study the permanent regimes of the reduced Vlasov–Maxwell system for laser-plasma interaction. A non-relativistic and two different relativistic models are investigated. We prove the existence of solutions where the distribution function is Boltzmannian and the electromagnetic variables are time-harmonic and circularly polarized.
متن کاملCharacterization of Expanding Laser Plasma Produced by Laser Ablation
This work is devoted to characterizing the plasma produced by nanosecond laser ablation. The expanding plasma was generated by the interaction of a home made XeCl excimer laser with a Cu target. The time-of-flight method was utilized as diagnostic tool of the plasma charged particles. By this method, in fact, we were able to measure the ion and electron currents, the charge-states and the energ...
